I wouldn't doubt it if this is real. Yes, bass moves a lot of air. That's what you're feeling in addition to hearing the low frequencies. But to have that kind of effect on the air with the door open pretty much says that is a serious stereo. I had a buddy who put 24 8" subs in the back of his 2 door hatchback. Took the rear seat out & put a v shaped wall in. With it turned up, you could barely breathe, it's moving that much air.
