For the longest time pineapple upsidedown cake was one of my favorite vapes (next to apple jacks) but i could never figure out a good recipe! I tried and tried and tried and it all just didnt taste right. But I think i'm getting closer, so close in fact i want to post my most recent recipe to see how you guys like it. I just got maraschino cherry in and it made a big difference it flavor. Put it right where it needed to be. So without further adieu, heres my best pineapple rightside up cake! If you have any substitutions or suggestions post em in the comments!
