Ubisoft’s alpine explorer Steep will release on December 2 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Also revealed at this year’s Gamescom was Steep’s Gold Edition, which comes bundled with the game’s season pass. According to Ubisoft, the season pass includes all expansions and digital content, outfits, equipment, and an exclusive costume.
Anyone who pre-orders either the Standard Edition or Gold Edition will receive The Moonlight Pack, which offers three extra night challenges three new night outfits, glowing equipment for activities, and a wingsuit rocket flare.
Ubisoft also says riders will be able to explore Alaska as part of a free, post-launch update.
Believe it or not, Steep is actually a by-product of the development of Ghost Recon: Wildlands. When it was first shown off at this year’s E3, Creative director Igor Manceau explained the game as an "open world action sports game designed with sharing in mind."
