Under discharging batteries?

Is charging batteries before they are fully drained down to the 3.2v bad? i ask because i recently got the abaddon an unregulated box mod and i dont want to overdischarge the batteries so i have been changing them before they get too low. would it damage the cells to keep charging them before they are fully discharged? i ussually charge them up at night and i have 2 sets in rotation and i change them out a little more than half way through the day.

3.5-3.7v is a good place to cut it off at and charge them.

ya but i have a mechanical mod so i cant tell what the actual voltage of the battery is. i guess i could take them out and test them with the multimeter but thats just a hassle. would it damage the cells to charge them a little early? im sure im well within the stated range just curious,

Agree with Uncle RJ. The less you let them drain, the more whole cycles you'll get out of them. A whole cycle is from 100% to 0%. If you do only partial cycles the cell will be under less stress.

Under charging a cell also extends life. Charging to 4.1V rather than 4.2V should net you around 20%more full charge cycles.
