What do you guys think on how low I can run a atty on a unregulated running 2 18650 battery's?

I do have experience with building them just want to be safe I have the tank crossing wooden box mod and mxjo battery's 35A
Keep is sane you keep it safe.
.20 should fog your face off without any issues, your batteries are actually 20 amp 35 pulse so build on the constant drain and you are safe.
As far as that mod... not sure I have seen them be hit or total failures.

In the battery section, you can choose preset batteries. Your MXJO's are basically LG he2's or Samsung 25r's from what I've read about them
