I bought one of the USAohm meters. It's a very solid meter, and accurate to 3 decimal points. When testing sub ohm you won't see a decimal point. When testing 1 ohm and above you will see a decimal point for example: 1.5. When testing super subs like .09, you will see the decimal point as well.
In the picture, the Aeolus RDA tests out at .25 (247)
The meter itself is nice and flat, and can be used as a building base & has a spring loaded contact. Is it worth the 27 dollars? I think so. It's made in the usa, solid high quality meter, and only 10 or 12 bucks more than a cheap chinese unit. I piss away 10 or 12 dollars for a couple of beers at a restaurant.
**** EDIT ****
I have changed this to a "I can't recommend". After budkiss's statement below, I emailed them with warranty concerns about mine because of what happened to his "best ohm reader in the world". They claimed it was not about the cost of replacing, but rather a "corporate policy that is clearly written on the website", which it is not. He hides the fact he only has a 30 day warranty. So he clearly is a cheap ass who doesn't trust his own product.
They want to play the argumentative card and act Mr. Corporate, instead of compassionate human, that's fine. Buy one at your own risk since you won't have a warranty. This USAohm reader guy is a complete argumentative asshat.
