V2 user wants to upgrade

Hello -- I've been using V2 ecigs for some time and am ready for an upgrade to something better. The V2 cartridges are a pain to refill, for one thing. What would be the next logical step up? Thanks!

IF you were looking for an ecig upgrade, you could try to see if the cartridges have a conversion to a bigger mouth cartridge or make a jump to box vaporizers that have wide mouths.
What are you looking for in terms of upgrading? Sticking to ecig models or ? The question leads to more questions than answers. ;) we can figure it out though

Thanks, I'll look into "box vaporizers" ... I'm looking to eliminate some of the hassle of refilling cartridges. No I don't need or want a V2 clone... If it means changing brands and type, I don't mind. I want something easy to use and easy to refill, that will give me about the same potency that I'm used to.

Going from an ecig "pen" to a box vaporizer will up the ante alittle bit in terms of potency but the increase gives you a chance to control so many variables. Vapor production, flavor, battery life.
Some elitist might say otherwise but the hardware upgrade you could look into, I'd recommend the Ijust 2 model or an Ijust 40w box with a Subtank Mini. The mouths are easy to fill and rebuildable, (which takes about 2-3 mins) You save overtime and the production of vapor/flavor. WOO!

Ijust 2

These two you would have to buy as a set.
Subtank Mini

Istick 40w

The subtank mini does come with either replacement cartridge system or an RBA- (rebuildable atomizer)

You can check out youtube video for rebuilding them, but they are easier and che- ...more affordable than the cartridge system.
You might spend 20$ a month on replacement cartridges or.. 20$ for 2-3 months for rebuilding supplies. coils/cotton that's it.

the image I attached is the concept of filling a "tank" as they call it. the initial hardware upgrade will be the upgrade cost, the juice/liquid is the same but the vaping experience could be considered like this..
eating a burger, either a burger from a gas station or a burger from the popular steakhouse down the street.
its that kinda difference.

Well you might like the compact 75w
IPVD2, seen here with the silicon sleeve and Maganus subtank.. About $60 but I think VaporJoes has them cheaper..

Agreed on the d2...plenty of power, temp control, great build quality and the form factor is great, almost too small. I picked up a evic VT mini today, and I have a feeling it is going to #1 in my rotation!! 60w, temp control, great screen and easy to navigate menu. Replaceable 18650 as well as micro USB charging with pass through...build quality is on point, form factor is similar to the d2 but slightly larger so it's a perfect fit if the d2 seems too small. Wish I had bought one sooner, this thing is killer!!!!

Left to right for comparison to other popular boxes....
Sigelei 150-Snow wolf 200w v 1.5-Sigelei 75tc-joyetech vtc mini-p4you ipvd2-

Hope this helps, I truly feel that just about any vaper would be happy with the vtc, from newbs to seasoned veterans.....

EDIT: The vtc also comes with a ego one mega tank w/ ni200 and kanthal coils. I don't care for it, but with your current equipment I know you would LOVE IT, especially using the ni200 tc coils...

UPDATE: I put the ni200 coil in the mega tank, and filled with max vg. While it's a little tighter draw than I normally like, the flavor is Great and the vapor production is actually pretty impressive . I will probably rock it on the evic from time to time, maybe carry it with me loaded with a different flavor than the Herakles as a back up. This is probably my best vape purchase to date, thinking about buying one for backup, and one for my wife and father who are both rocking 30w isticks....

Here it is with the ego one mega tank..

So, which one did you decide to get?

Decided to hold off on a box for now. Instead got some V2 "tanks" and they've been working very well. A box type might be the next step but for now I'm satisfied. FYI I have had some problems with bum batteries and such, and V2 support has always come through for me.

If you upgrade again get an Aspire Nautilus or Nautilus mini and a variable wattage power supply with at least 20 watts of power. Forget about sub ohm tank recommendations.
