Valve has revealed a brand new mode for Team Fortress 2 dubbed PASS Time, which was conceived by production company Bad Robot (Star Trek Into Darkness, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, and the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens) and co-developed with Texas-based Escalation Studios.
PASS Time, which is available now in beta, combines Team Fortress 2’s competitive shooter gameplay with elements of several more traditional sports, like football, hockey, and basketball. Coordinated passing, teamwork, and solid defensive plays will reportedly be crucial if you plan on scoring more goals than your opponents.
