I just saw my first vape commercial on TV. It was a free box mod offer. But I think they want you to subscribe to their juice club for a fee. The company is called 02pur.

I wouldnt do it. Just weird/cool to see anything vape related here at home on TV.

I think 02pur does a lot of giveaways on here.

As far as commercials, the only thing I've seen are Blu ads back in the day, and more recently vuse I think. Just a bunch of cigalikes.

About the same here Huck (West coast Charter cable).

There are three broad types from what I've seen...

1. Fairly generic cigalikes or EVOD pens. Overpriced but perhaps not terribly (I've never bought B&M retail); a very limited, if any, flavor selection, which may or may not tie into a subscription. I suppose the majors (Blu etc.) would be a marginal exception... but likely cheaper at point-of-sale, potentially acceptable as an introductory purchase.

2. The very evil subscription model... because the terms are usually poorly spelled out and cancellation is at the very best a major headache. Possibly illegally so.

3. The stupendously overpriced, under-powered, probably unsatisfactorily topped generic box mod. If LiPo powered... they'd be the only time I'd question the suitability of the battery/mod pairing (and that's pretty damning). If 18650... I'd be hesitant to trust the cells in my 18650 flashlights.
Would not wish on my worst enemy.

I have no overarching problem with "As Seen on TV" in general.
Lots of the products meet some combination of utility, marginal value, uniqueness... or just plain fun.
Own a few myself. :D

But vape products created for that sales model?
No... just no.

I only see vaping devices on the TV for devices that are made by a subsidiary of a BT company and I must admit some had me interested to do some research into them. But honestly not for me and if it gets someone off the killer sticks let them advertise!

I actually heard an ad for a vape store on the radio the other day! I was quite surprised, the guy talking about e-liquid is what got my attention as I wasn't really paying attention till he said that. It was for some store in Pennsylvania but the station I was listening to was in Buffalo NY (now serving Buffalooooooo.....)
