That's why there are so few ecig shops in New Jersey. NJ Assembly voted to treat vaping like smoking way back in 2009 and there is no indoor vaping. Most didn't even know what ecigarettes were when they voted. Big Pharm has a huge presents in NJ and got the law in before people knew enough to complain.
NJ never had those ecig mall kiosks that got things started in other states.
