No I've not. Seems they've a United States based facet as well being home based in Australia. If you're seeking to find out if they're a legitimate business with a fair reputation you may consider NSW Department of Fair Trading. There is likely similar agency in other districts of Australia. Perhaps, @DogMan may offer information on those being from Australia himself. Here in the United States we rely upon the Better Business Bureau to ensure businesses stay on the up and up.
All the information I presented was garnered using a couple of search engines using no real regular expressions, or fancy queries. It didn't take but about 15 to 30 seconds to find. Sure if I really did further research I could become as close as a regular customer in less than four hours. Apologies but have no interest in pursuing such an errand. Plenty of other online vendors I can visit, plus a decent seeming brick & mortar shop locally. That suits me fine.
