It's a few words I have always heeded since my first business and oddly when this movie first came out in 1997 - I was 25.

Private transactions are nothing new for VU. For the last 6 years people have been buying and selling without any issues. There are many members selling there everyday - with a complete feedback system. However, this new system will be far more robust and more mainstream.
As Vaping Underground upgraded to version 2.0 we are rolling out a bunch of new ideas for the industry. As many in the retail world scramble, the underground grows. As expected, and as planned for back in 2014.
Right now we are beta testing new software that will revolutionize the PRIVATE transaction market for vapers.
Very much like an eBay style selling, complete with seller dashboards, and hosted off shore.
All liability falls on the seller and buyer because Vaping Underground will not take any fees of any kind from anyone.
Taking anything from a struggling vapers and their businesses is greedy.
Its also none of our business! Something more people should start adopting!
It will be the buyer and sellers responsibility to make sure they are up on all the local and worldwide laws.
In the future we may start we may include things like CBD and hell even Tech. Something about new tech and vapers. They go hand in hand.
