Ordered (or should i say re-ordered) a Smok Alien from them.
Easy to navigate site. Very clear. If they don't have something, they don't list any color or any way of ordering it.
Customer Service: Spoke to a gentlemen and explained that i no longer saw the Red Alien and wanted to be sure i would get one. He looked up the order pretty quick and was able to let me know the status. Called the number within the hours and he picked up right away.
Wish they had some kind of live chat service.
Prices are about right on with what you will see as average around the net. Was referred by another friend of mine who has ordered from them in the past.
