Just a China thing, keep in mind you didn't buy directly from them, most forum reps wouldn't even try to help.So? Cs protocol can you explain seems you know so much about it?

We will need the form with all the information to send to our factory to apply the replacement. It's the standard procedure of warranty claim. Sorry if any inconvenience caused. I will double confirm with our customer service asap. I just confirmed with our customer service, they replied your email yesterday and just received the form today. Please understand that there is time difference and also it takes time to reply all emails in Customer service. I will ask her to reply you asap. Thanks for your patience
