Vaporesso coil priming

I have the new Vaporesso Target and I love it but getting the coils to prime is a byootch. I am priming it the way they do in all the videos but it hits like crap until it soaks all night or longer. I do vase a very dark juice that is a 60/40. It's e generations Grapeful Dead. The liguids is why I switched to a new model. My Nautilus Mini coils just could not handle the juice, they tasted burnt in 24 hours to no more than 3 days.
Does anyone have a trick to getting these ccell ceramic coils to prime right? Even the guy at my local vape store, which is excellent, gave up trying to get his coil to prime. I haven't tried the heat coil yet. I just might if it will prime quicker. Any ideas??

howdy - and welcome!

from a friend of mine "After watching a video where the guy dry burned the cCell, then wet it water, and burned/steamed that off, I figured I have nothing to lose, so I tried it. Later last night, I tried the coil again, making sure to prime really good, primer puffs, then set aside for a bit. Started at 12 watts, and worked up. It working just fine now."

I'll give it a try. My trick with my Nautilus Mini coils was to prime and put a new coil in right at bedtime and it was good to go. I have two ccell coils that I haven't dry burned yet but I will do that. I am still fairly new to vaping, I started a year ago mostly because I just couldn't afford cigarettes anymore and a week after starting vaping I had my last icky stick. Even the head of nursing said it's a much better alternative to cigarettes.

Keep your spare coils in a pill bottle with some juice in it. Welcome to the board.

I expected this....I used porous ceramic wicks in a genny the fc-2000, and I never vaped on a ceramic wick until it had soaked in juice overnight.

I have one that has been soaking for two days and it still has not primed. It is in a bottle now but was in the tank overnight but was still a nasty hit this morning. Once they prime they are great but I have to keep my backup Nautilus Mini charged so I have something until the ceramics are ready. I am in the habit of always putting in a new coil before bed so it is ready but these just won't cooperate. I also do dry pulls and start at a low wattage but it's still taking a couple days.
