I'm curious about what it will say also.
But to be completely honest. I don't think I'll break the seal on this one. I expect it'll go on eBay when I get it. And I'll take that cash and buy an authentic dna40 to go into this zero I already have. Got the VS to see what was up and hold me over. But I'm just gonna pull the trigger I think.

I'm 99% sure it's a cloned chip as the authentic doesn't stay red in idle. Those lights are built into the board instead of additional circuitry. Which leads me to believe the chip is different also. Not just the components.
I have considered the diy hybrid Zero myself.

Here is a thread with internal pics of VS rDNA 40 if you feel like comparing the guts. I am think yours is a clone with the little differences especially based on the price point. Cosmetically they nailed it.

There was a little juice on this cotton but not much. Ran for about 45 seconds at what I assume is 420 probably in the upper 20w close to 30. Outdoor pics show even more than 45secomds.

Would really like to see this test with new, bone dry cotton. Fire it 5 or 6 times @ 420 degrees, pull the cotton out and see if it's scorched. The Evolv TC will not scorch the cotton. So far, every TC clone I've seen burns the cotton at least somewhat, which means they either don't work or just sorta work in TC mode.

Sooo. Apparently my VS was in stealth mode?
I'm not sure about that because I put it into stealth and then took it out and it was still dim.
Anyways got back from the wholeseller and I think I'm holding the same mod I had. Although it seems to be working just fine now. I'm not sure what kind of magic he did...
I tested the serial for you guys.

Awesome. Can you do a Dry Cotton burn test to see if it scorches the cotton?

Just got a Vaporshark rDNA 40 Clone that came with a wireless charger. Does anyone know how it works? What should I see when its charging and when it's fully charged. Came with no instructions.

I can tell you how an authentic works with the wireless charging.
place the mod on the charging pad and there is a little chirping sound when it makes connection, the light turns red as it charges, the light will turn green when it is charged.

The mod will generate a lot of surface heat charging this way and because of the heat I only charged the mod a couple times using the wireless charging method. I had read on VS's site a disclaimer about screen damage from the heat transfer and that was enough for me to decide not to use it.

Quite frankly I am surprised you got a rdna40 clone. Most of the current clones I have seen lately were 50 and 60 watt VS's. Something I wish my VS was lol.

Thanks, I figured it out. I won't be using it because I heard it got hot. The clone works the same way also with the sound and lights. 40 watts is more than enough for my vaping. I vape RTA's at no more than 15 watts.
