VENDORS -GOOD OR BAD

One vendor in the U.S. or CANADA had customers waiting for 3 sometimes 4 months for a product . I
learned that thru his own Facebook page and You Tube . When some people got the product after that wait
the product did not work . People where not told, at the start it would take that long . As far as I can tell after waiting months some wanted a refund and could not get it for the product they had not gotten yet . When I
pointed this out I was called a TROLL . I have no skin in this game , I am not a vendor or a reviewer . I do not work for a vendor . I am just a dude who was going to buy the product , saw the hassle , and thought maybe I should not buy it . In my opinion if a vendor acts that way and its pointed out , that person is not a troll . Now
it's your call .!!

Links? Supporting documentation? I understand if you don't want to call out the vendor, but it is hard to empathise without knowing the whole picture.

Making a thread like this will cause folks to ask who that Vendor is because attention was drawn. Although I have a pretty good idea as others do, who your referring to, why go to the trouble of a complaint if your not going to say who this vendor is, Just curious.

I am not trying to dirty anyone . I could respect being told to mind my own friggin business, by the dude , but calling me a troll for his own behavior , cant wrap my small brain around that . Or some people love stupid drama .

So, was the asshat associated with the vendor??? If not, tell him to blow it out his arse and never think of it again! Or better yet, just ignore the bitter little gremlin! You don't need his approval to be happy in your life, so don't let it bother you! If however the asshat was associated with the vendor, THAT would be EXTREMELY inappropriate and worth the irre of the ENTIRE community! The vaping community has enough trouble as it is without having to worry about predatory vendors with poor customer service. In fact, if it was a vendor trying to belittle you, a responsible member of the community WOULD make it public knowledge to prevent others from sharing the same unfortunate experience. We as a community will always have difference of opinions and are entitled to them, BUT we must stick together when ANY entity knowingly begrudges, defames, harasses, or damages the community to its' detriment.

Thanks Chowder, the asshat as far as i know is the vendor . Sometimes in some places the vendors ,try to control . He never said I was wrong,about anything, just called me that .
