Alright, now that I've come down from the Straw'nana a little, I've been vaping Wubba Bubba in a fresh fused clapton build. Can I just say? Smoothest of any watermelon and/or gum flavor I've ever tried. I can't put my finger on precisely which watermelon gum it tastes like, but it's definitely one of the types with the floury white powder on it. Maybe bubble tape or bubblicious. It's got a nice balance of artificial and natural flavor profiles. This juice is pretty juicy! It's literally mouth-watering.
It's also a little subtle, but because of that, a lot of different things happen from start to finish. It's more complex than I expected it to be and that is a good thing. V3 nailed it on this one. They seem to be really good at honing slow-burners. They're usually not too impressive initially... ...maybe even a little underwhelming, but they become amazing as you get acclimated to them. This flavor is definitely one of those.
Like, a lot of cheap juice wows you initially, but it disappoints when you discover that you can't vape it all day. You think you will vape it forever and you think it's delicious, but something is always a little off after a couple of minutes. Either you get vaper's tongue, its too overwhelming, or you catch an off-key note that sticks with you from that point on. V3 is the opposite of that. It starts off unassumingly and gets better and better as you vape on it more.
It really does smell amazing, too. I had been vaping it in my room for a while before I went into the shower. When I got out and walked back into my room, it smelled like Gallagher smashed a bunch of watermelons in there before stuffing my mattress with cotton candy. I really can't get over how fucking good it smells. It is a candy watermelon flavor, so you'd expect it to smell artificial, but the watermelon aspect of the smell is closer to the real thing than not. It smells and tastes like salted watermelon.
