Eh... if it were me, I'd get better nicotine and get less if need be before I'd buy WL nicotine.
I have used it before but I won't after trying better stuff.
You can get better for that not as high nicotine.

Don't know. WL is a company I trust and widely regarded as having clean and consistent nic. The owner is a chemist. Based on reports, some others might have less consistent product. If you're willing to pay, you can get VapersTek -- but you're certainly paying a premium. I think WL is a good starting choice. They also sell 12mg, 18mg and 24mg allowing you to pick your strength, mix with flavors, and vape.

And it depends on how much nicotine you use as to how peppery the nicotine will taste.
I started out with WL too because that seemed to be what most everyone used.
I use higher nicotine base than a lot of others and the peppery taste is very present.
It is just not something I want to vape but some people like that I suppose.

That is my preference but may not be for someone else.
The reason for my post earlier was the OP asking for cheapest.
Cheapest is not always the way to go.
And it depends on how much nicotine you use as to how peppery the nicotine will taste.
