another newbie question.........does VG go bad? How do y'all store it? I started vaping end of August. Does VG get runny in the summer months? I mean, I'm sure it breaks down, I've given a hot bath to batches so I could mix easier, but it usually thickens as it cools. I miss the thickness. I've started storing in fridge. The last juices I've made have been close to water. Run out of air holes and don't vape well. I'm using a RDA, the velocity. ( which I must say, I've gotten a real one and not the clone and boy what a difference). Maybe im prone to leaky juices. Sad time. I use no PG, except whatever is in the flavoring. Are there different types of VG like there is in motor oil?. Velocity breakdown lol

If properly stored and not exposed to air, high quality VG/PG/nic base is supposed to last for about 2 years.
Once exposed to air the duration shortens considerably, that's why it's better to buy a lot of small sealed containers instead of a few big ones.

I can imagine that VG would get thinner in warmer weather, just as it gets thicker in colder months. Maybe reduce the PG?

I use VG from RTS vapes buy it by the gallon sometimes 2-3 at a time when on sale. I've never had a problem with it, I break it down into quarts and keep it in the freezer. I think RTS has the best, it's made from coconuts.

Someone mentioned here that VG made from Palm was thinner than the others.
And was better for pure VG mixes as it didn't need any distilled water added.
