Worst case you may want to check out this & get in touch with customer service for the product. I suggest this not to be snide, nasty, belittle. The intention is better facilate more immediate professional help.
We're not mod manufactures. We cannot always diagnose or troubleshoot every error. Sometimes even the manufacturers cannot, at least it would be them being responsible.

I bought a voopoo s about 2 weeks ago and it has stopped working with a message saying check battery how do I check the battery ? Please help
Sounds to me like you should take the issue back to the place where you bought the mod, if it's only been two weeks. The S series have internal batteries, do they not? Not meant to be user-serviceable. You should be given a replacement, imo.
