PLEASE PLEASE don't let your kids play with the dog food bowls, especially while the dogs are at them, the instincts for them to fend off intrusion, can be an accident waiting to happen, also the dish and the food are riddled with bacteria which poses dangers to children.
This may seem cute, but can end VERY bad, no matter how well trained your pet is.

Agreed. Have you heard of Bonsai, the bulldog?
YesHeart breaking but show's the will to live, outweighs the defects they both have. And with someone that loves them to watch over them.
Sadly, Bonsai passed away awhile back. But he had a good life while he was around.
