Is it st. Patrick's day already?
These things should be turned in and the owners should be charged.
Unfortunately, some places it IS legal since that animal is considered PROPERTY and THAT is the sickest part of all of it...

Glad to live in a country that it is illegal.
This is sick but I don't think docking or cropping is any better.
Yes, maybe shave the guys head and tattoo, or down south, that's probably where it would hurt more. Sorry, anger took control
People who get tattoos, that is their choice, plus if they don't like the tat they can cover with clothing, new tat over the old tat or possibly get it removed. Poor dog has to live with it. I bet there are people who will say Ooo' that looks cool.
At least when it is done(I do not agree with ear and tail docking either) It is done when they are only a few weeks old and the healing time goes very quick so does the memory of the pain. Still breaks my heart.I couldn't agree more. My ex-wife had a miniature pinscher and wanted to crop his ears I tried my hardest to protest it but of course lost that discussion, that was the most disturbing recovery from an elective procedure I have ever seen on an animal. Since then unless it was a medical necessity for some reason I would never put an animal through something like that just so it can look like the pictures of the "pure breds".

I have them too, got them when I was in my teens, 2nd most stupid thing I've ever done. Not that I'm against people who have them, don't get me wrong. I just can't afford to get cover ups or the Dr's way, can't remember what it is called. I was a rebellious teen. Learned my lessons the hard way. No way I would do that to an animal either. You should have taken the dog and ran like the Road Runner.I've got tattoos and at one time had piercings in my eyebrows, and lower lip. Would I ever do that to an animal? Nope cause I'm not a fucking moron.![]()
I know....Me too and his memory of it may have faded but I can still hear the shrieks he made when he would paw at them post-op. Absolutely brutal procedure, and I'm one of those big softies that when I see a hurt animal I get that uneasy/queasy feeling in my gut that you can't shake.

That stinks, and they say all women are all loving and caring. I know a few that are not. Sorry, Reign, sad.Kind of OT: But I am in the same boat need the $$ for cover ups luckily I have more that I like than don't.
And I wish I could've kept the dog when the ex-wife left, I liked him better than her anyways. I know for a fact he got better medical care when he was with me, they still go to the same vet and they say they haven't seen him in nearly a year. Nor filled any of his heartworm meds, nothing.
Years of the snowballs in the Schnauzer coats after they come in from playing in the snow!!
Nifty ideaYou going to get some of those pants for your doggies?
