Since I started with a stick, I'll continue with sticks .

My stick is bigger then your stick.

I love dogs and had several over the years, but those rat sized dogs that people dress and carry around in their hands all the time, that just makes me sick.

I hear ya. Not all of them are so bad, meaning the dogs. Their humans... kind of a different story, most of the time.

Each of these yours? These pups are gorgeous!
Nope, these are just 3 breeds of dogs that traditionally get their tail/ears cut, a Boxer, a Vizsla and a Doberman.

I had 2 Dalmatians and a lab so was never actually faced with the option of mutilating my dog, but still I'm totally against it.

I hear ya. Not sure I've ever understood that. I have a German Shepherd and have heard the same for their ears. My dog's ears are perfect, even if they did flop.

i grew up with big dogs,, never wanted a small one for fear my clumsiness would hurt it. about 20 years ago my husband talked me into a small house dog,, a Pom,, she didn't like me much because she believed the world was for her and my husband. so i got the bright idea to get her a boyfriend.. BooBoo,, he was awesome.. 4lbs and 10ft tall,, saved us from a house fire once at 1am, Precious didn't like him much either,, but he 'got lucky' one night and that produced my baby girl Sassy. Sassy and Boo were best of friends. hilarious to watch as it seemed like a full time wrestling match. Precious and Boo passed many years ago, Friday I had to put my 'Busy Being Beautiful' Sassy to sleep. She was just shy of 17years. its been a rough weekend,, I keep going outside to talk to her. its amazing how much love a little critter can give to us selfish humans. everyone should experience the love and fulfillment a pet gives.

Soooo sorry, I know how hard that is , as I have been there too. My baby's are very precious to me, and it is so hard to loose one of our family.

Or a baseball bat :D
On second thought a baseball so that I can throw it from afar.

This is one of those rare occasions that a Raccoon would seem preferable.

Jackals are like a small coyote, looks like a wolf and fox hybrid.
They only pose a threat to small dogs and cats but don't mess with humans.
