There will be no eating of Esther the Wonder Pig (her official name). She was sold as a mini-pig, believe it or not, then rescued by a couple of dudes that ended up going vegetarian because of her. They bought a farm and started rescuing a few other animals, too. But Esther is the star. There's a whole book about her and she has a HUGE following.
