What Are The Top Five Mech Mods?!

How long can vape a tank on a mech? About 30 good hits?
Depends on coills And batteries mostly. Quality and materials used in mod are important as well. I get more then 30 hits from a single 18650 tube, so it should be more than that on a parallel box but I can talk about it since I don't use one. You can pull that info from steam engine for any specific built, it saves a lot of time and experimenting with different coill combos.

It's like anything. The lower you build, the more current you pull from the battery, the less time the battery will last.

Thanks, I understand I just don't think I would use a tank on a mech. I don't have a box mod parallel mech. If I had that maybe it would be different.

Depends on your vape style
I can run my kayfun 5 with a single coil at 0.5 ohms for hours on one battery

As with all mechs it just depends on on the Mech and what you're putting on it is what determines the build. I have in that picture the Boreas with a 1.1 ohm fused Clapton on my Piglet, very nice Vape. And today I've got my Crown with a 0.4 ohm fused Clapton on a single battery tube, very nice Vape.

Very nice! Do you mind me asking if they are authentics? I'm in the clone budget lol.

Yes they are all authentics pictured here.
I have found a really nice Limitless Clone if you are interested. I bought a Black Rhodium Played Limitless mod. It is beautiful and is so close to the original. The Indian Chief button it comes with has a slight difference in the rail system that keeps you from switching buttons. But the sleeves fit perfect and it is a solid heavy nice mod. $40. I think all in all shipping it cost me right under $50. The guy has limitless atty's now but they are not perfect clones. A bit taller and the caps don't interchange with limitless stuff. The screw aren't perfect either. But his mod is really nice. Super impressed.
He's name is Vapingbuddha on eBay. Check him out.

Just saying for all you that want to save a buck on a good product!!
I just got in a brand new Kennedy 24. Spotless. Kennedy Enterprises has on their website Blemlyfe 24 attys. Their machine messed up a batch of each type. Copper brass and SS. They have a very small dip on the lip of them. For $60 you get a brand new authentic Kennedy24. I'm super happy. Check it out before they are gone.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll check it out.

Of my Mechs

Rig V.2- by far best quality
Point Blank- just bad ass embodied..
Aria Oros II- I got the blem version, the switch is awesome, just a great quality piece
Mutant 26650- good as a weapon and a workhorse mod
Diablo- sleek sexy affordable

Waiting on Vape Mail: Tres Equis, Dos Equis, Castigator, Hammer of God. So my opinion may change but right now.. These are a few of my favorite things!

Hearts... You can use RTA on hybrid mod as long as 510 on your RTA is protruding. I use Moonshots , Limitless, Goblin mini, Serpent, Serpent mini, Silverplay Nano and Kayfun,... All on hybrid mods. Only non hybrid mod that I have is 24mm Subzero Shorty which is a very nice mod but pita to adjust that 510 connection. There is some very nice hybrid mods out there.

image.jpg image.jpg Everyone has different preferences so there will be many different opinions on which are top 5 mech. I like hybrids and least amount of adjustment needed. One of hese are always in my hands, have several others but don't use them often.
1.Kennedy Roundhouse
2.Epic SMPL
3.Infinite SMPL
4.MCM Underground

Rogue looks great, is that switch adjustable for depth or always protruding? I like how the whole switch assembly goes into the tube.

Just want to clarify here..

A protruding 510 AND it needs to be fixed if its a hybrid 510 on the mod. Either by threading or some type of weld.

A protruding 510 held in place only by, say, an insulator could lead to trouble on a hybrid 510. All the ones I have are threaded, and fine to use, but I know the others exist somewhere out there! (Maybe more common with tanks that use prebuilt heads?)

No they don't exist. 510 is positive connection so it is always connected to positive post in conductive manner (metal to metal) ,threaded or welded. How do you think circuit can be closed if 510 (+) is connected only to insulator???
Think before you post and don't give advice based upon what you have heard " they are somwhere out there!" WTF are you talking about? What is the name of that RTA that doesn't have 510 connected to metal positive or negative(less common) post???

So salty :giggle:

The connection is made through pressure. The pin is press fit, and can be found on some drippers as well. Due to the play in the design, it can cause a short even though it appears to protrude (thus the clarification).

Basically, if you can move the center pin with pressure alone, using it on a hybrid connection could be a mistake. Surely, even without specific examples, you can see the wisdom in this?

I wouldn't recommend it on a hybrid for that reason. I'll go ahead and stand by what I said.:bliss:

eta: anen, here is a good example of what I am talking about, only have to watch the first minute or so:

You screw it in as far as it goes depending on length of the cell. It also pretty much adjusts battery rattle and secures everything together. Also, the spring is made out of some special material i forgot the name, eliminating conductivity in the coil.. so no hot button.

Being a thick copper tube with no metal spring, hybrid top and only threaded part is the button house makes it the powerhouse it is. Nothing comes close to it imo.

I like my Rogue but hate cleaning it! I have the copper version topped off with a copper goon. It had a mirror finish a month ago. Now it looks like an old log. LOL

My newest higher end mech is the Rig Pig. It's a series device and is very smooth. I recommend picking one up if it's in your price range. The clones are out too and as always I will get one to compare to the authentic.

TBH with the Ables, I can't tell the difference when vaping. The clones hit as hard as the authentic. Time will tell how well they hold up.

It doesn't exist. It is always metal to metal connection. Nice video,.. Screw type 510 is there to hold (+) positive post secured to the 3 post design deck, it is NOT meant to be unscrewed ( adjusted) that's the most common misconception.
Press in 510 is one of the most secure designs( Kennedy, Moonshot) because misinformed people can't fuck with it.
I am not bent out of shape baby doll, just have intelligent informative conversation with you so no one ends with lips welded to plastic chuff cap again.

Shit a month? My shit will only hold shine for 3 or 4 days and thats with daily bufing with just straight microfiber. I got the same copper goon with copper rogue setup.

The the able

I got a scndrl in today waiting for me at home when i get out of work. Ive used it before still prefer the rogue but its not a bad 2nd best. Much pricier but also much prettier with the blue anodized color.. should look like garbage when it starts to chip.

Yeah it's been a month since I had it polished like that. And yes if it was mirror shine in the AM by the evening it already starting getting dull.
It's high maintenance. I thought about getting it clearcoated after a super high polish.

The solution is the Kennedy Ruby in Stainless! :p

The new 25mm Kennedy in stainless which I just picked up would like great on a (yet to exist) 304SS Rogue...

I would say:
Subzero (non-hybrid)
Ruby (one piece)
Switch (hybrid)
Rage (parallel box)
Piglet (series box)

My faves in each category because it's what I use! Granted there's deff better out there but I love all of them:)

I'm with a Ruby for sure. I would have liked to grad the titanium one. Bet they don't tarnish. My rigV2 in copper. God. I get hot at work and go to vape. By the end of the day, moister in my hand almost turns it a green nasty color.
I heard the sub zero shorty has a great button. Also a TVL?
Button and finish is a big deal. Not many fire perfect every time. That's authentic mods I'm talking about. I have quite a few and my rigv2 and an able fire pretty awesome every time.

Dos Equis V2

Those Raptor Boxes really feel good? I never messed with the MCV stuff even though I hear great stuff. All serialized. Expensive but not much more than my rigs or my able. But when it comes to a box, I always feel like I rather a PCM than a series box so I stick to tube mech mods.

I found both an authentic for sale and a German site that sells the clone, the authentic is going for around $200 so decided to trial the clone first at £30/40 (I forget the price) to see if I prefer the form factor against the Tres Equis. Wanted a triple battery mod that I can carry around.

Will PM you a link to the clone.
