What are your must have bakery flavors?

I'm working on developing cookie flavors, generally trying to incorporate frosting notes... i.e. blueberry cream cookie, sugar cookie w/ butterscotch frosting, etc. I was just curious what folks' have in terms of their "staple" bakery flavors. Maybe something you find adds a nice baked note, sweet note, some kind of bakery note to your juices. Thanks guys!

For your cookie fix:
FA Cookie
INW Biscuit
CAP Sugar Cookie
FA Apple Pie in small amount gives you pie crust without the apple.
FA Walnut helps some in the background in small amounts
AP if you can tolerate it (some get nothing but fritos) for nuttiness and some dough background.
FA Joy again if you can tolerate it (some get stale beer) has some sweet as well as some dough

I'll add a few more to the great list already provided:

FW Natural Butterscotch (not sure if this one has the fructose tho)
TFA Caramel Original
CAP Sugar Cookie v1
FA Liquid Amber (can add some baked effect)
FA Walnut
FA Almond
FA Coconut (butter effect when used in small amounts)
FA Marshmallow
HS Cream
INW Vanilla Bourbon
INW Biscuit (deserves another vote cause it's one of my favorites now)

Oh yeah, that reminds me. I forgot TFA Cheesecake Graham. I use the heck out of that one, too.
Another flavor possibility would be If anyone wanted to make your Fantastic :confetti: ...Golden Oreo Cheesecake! In that case, I would also add some FA Classic Vanilla to my list.

"Cookie" bases I've got...
INW Biscuit
FA Cookie
FW Sugar Cookie
FA Joy
TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust
TFA Lemonade Cookie (haven't tried yet)
TFA Graham Cracker (clear)
CAP Graham Cracker (kinda yuk)
CAP Sugar Cookie
CAP Gingerbread (way yuk, sorry)

FW sugar cookie is good, but its high diluted-ness makes it a bit tricky to combine with other, more concentrated brands. INW Biscuit is great for laying down a bready base without introducing sweetness. TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust is in a lot of my recipes at low %age, another good one for laying down a bakery base, as it plays well with lots of other flavors (at low %age!!). FA Joy is pretty strange on its own, tastes like those "Churro" things sold on the street in Mexico. I have it because it's a necessary ingredient in "Bronuts".

CAP graham cracker tastes "wrong" to me, and it's way too strong (for me), kills everything I mix it with. TFA GCC is much better. CAP Gingerbread reminds me of one of the few things in life I find truly revolting...patchouli, so it is permanently banished to a dark corner of an unknown drawer. CAP Sugar Cookie so far has failed to impress me to the same degree as the FW version. Haven't tried TFA Lemonade Cookie yet, but it smells promising.

Just realized I haven't even tried FA Cookie yet. Straight outta the box and into the drawer it went. Time to play.

Frosting...Lorann Cream Cheese Icing. That stuff is good. I do a Red Velvet with it that's outstanding.
