What did they do to the Roundhouse?

I actually think it looks good, it's still very sleek and clean looking. It's a nice option for the double button throw position.

But will I get it? Probably not, I don't see any change major enough over my current Roundhouse

Looked much sleeker with the switch being recessed & no seams instead of it being flat with a big noticeable seam.

does remind me that I still need to sell my Roundhouse & Kennedy combo

Yeah I don't like the seam either, like my Roundhouse much better than this new one.

But I must say I like the top vent holes much better for safety reasons.

The beauty of the original Roundhouse was in simplicity of the switch. Don't care about went holes, never had a battery get even hot in roundhouse.
If it ever does went, I'll rather have it went below my chin, then around my eyes.

What's the consensus (if any) on polish for copper RDAs?

I use Wrights Copper Cream, non toxic, not petroleum based, made for Kitchenware so it's more than safe and does an excellent job.

It's all I use for cleaning then just use a Sunshine cloth for touch ups.

Excellent. I've used Wright's silver polish for horns forever (since drum & bugle corps days in the late 90s, lol).
