Some men just want to watch the world burn. That pretty much described Damien Darhk's state of mind in the Arrow Season 4 finale. With his wife dead and Project Genesis in shambles, Darkh's only goal was to end the world in nuclear fire. All that stood in his way was Oliver Queen, who had to find the strength to overcome his magical foe and prove to the citizens of Star City that hope still remains.
