what does honey smell like in a mix?

Just curious. I see people posting about honey flavors smelling bad to the point of being banned in the house. LOL. I have some juice from a vendor (already posted on the ejuice forum, but posting here too just in case) that smells and tastes fine while vaping, but sort of has a cat pee after smell. It lingers on the drip tip and wherever a drop spills. I don't plan on getting rid of it. I do like it, the after smell is odd though.

The flavors are Placid and Sagamore. I love them, but not the remnants left over.

I have flushed juices that were way better than you have described.

Yeah, I'm not a honey vaper.
A. The taste, even diluted, is just too much for me.
B. Vapor trail. Nope.

If she got in my house or car and left it smelling like cat pee I would have to ban her for life lol.

Well, the vapor itself doesn't smell that way. Just weird.

I've heard FA honey is really good and doesn't have the "smell" other do. I'm going to order it one of these days soon. I still have an almost full bottle of either CAP or TFA honey I ordered once quite some time ago. It took a day or two to steep/settle down (honey is strong) but then tasted good to me. (I think I mixed it with peanut butter and who knows what else) Anyway, I couldn't vape it in the house without everyone complaining of the smell. My daughter had a ferret at the time which didn't have much smell as ferrets can and she also kept it downstairs in her room exclusively. My son came home while I was vaping and said, "What's that smell? Did the ferret get out and pee?" It really does have a strong cat urine smell. Tastes fine, doesn't smell good on exhale. I've heard the same from many others too.

The good thing is FA honey is supposed to be really good and not have that smell. That makes me excited to try it because I haven't tried anything with honey since. From what I have read though is that FA honey is really really strong and is actually easier to mix if you dilute it down to 10% and then use that 10% diluted solution to add to your mixes. Supposedly it's that strong.

I'm still curious as to how people describe it. I thought maybe Sagamore and Placid might have bits of honey in them.

Sorry. We were posting simultaneously. LOL. That's a pretty good description.

FA Honey IS that strong. Seriously, I suggest getting a sample size of it, if you plan to dilute it. It'll last quite a while. But it is definitely dead on honey flavored.

A pee like aroma is normal for honey and some tea flavors. I'm not sure why. Flavour Art's is good if you dilute it. I do a 10% dilution and mix no more than 1% with that. I've tried the drop method (undiluted) and its too inconsistent and strong for that. I have Inawera's honey too but haven't played with it much yet. I need to.

It seems some are more sensitive to FA Honey than others, I don't have any problem using it <= 0.5% yeah it is strong but... so good;)
