My email response was from Colin. First email to Cust Svc was on 10/14 and got an automated response, nothing further. I emailed again on 10/22 and Colin responded on 10/23.I've been in contact with Colin and Ben. I threw a fuss and Colin finally agreed to replace mine. They know there is something wrong with that batch, at least 4 people have complained to them about it. I would e-mail them again and tell them point blank you want the bad batch replaced.
I think I will try again; I have 3 bottles with the same batch number (SRN0926193; born on 9/26/19 batch #3?) and I'd like to see if they'll make this right. Mind if I mention that others on VU are experiencing the same issue and got replacements?
