The damn strangest thing just happened.

I was vaping the Crepe stuff at 50w. It's banana, nutella, orange crepe. I upped wattage to 52. Banana faded and orange came out. At 55 watts I get both banana and orange, but I'm running too hot for the chocolate.

Now, how the hell are we supposed to mix juice when this kind of mess happens? I guess this is where long experience makes a big difference.

55W also makes me sneeze.

@Howard Hughes maybe you can give me some pointers here? @wildgypsy70 ?

Well, crap! I don’t know what to tell you. Chocolate is such a pain in the ass. And I generally vape around 40w.

Tell ya what. I’ll mix it up and see if things are different for me at a lower wattage? It may not even work at all for me that low, but.....

I think at lower wattage you'll get mostly banana cream, at least at first, but you know tasters.

I'm only vaping it this high because of the RTA I put it in - dual coil Kanthal. Blech, but I wanted to give it a chance.

Probably wasn't the best decision I ever made even putting this juice in this RTA. Should have put it in a single-coil something-or-other.

Even so, the question is still a valid one. I'd never really thought about how it's possible to mix flavors together that won't freakin shine at the same temperature! At least theoretically, that could happen at any wattage. Agreed?

Also may explain why I've had trouble tasting orange in the past. I rarely vape above 40-45W, yet at over 50, the orange really woke up.

That could be it, too. I almost never use dual
coils. Single coils are the bomb, for my taste. And I will have to sub that banana cream for a different one. We shall see what happens!

I for some reason always end up flavor testing in a squonk. Terrible idea when you have to dump it all back out. But I'm sure I'll do it again soon. Lol

But squonking changed the flavor for me. But I was comparing a sub ohm tank with plug n play coils to the Cut/Recurve.

But it only tasted different in a bad way with one flavor, so maybe it was just me.

Actually I am liking it as well. I changed out the pod and loaded it up with something new as I think I may have burned out the original one due to running out of juice and I didn't realize it until I got multiple burnt hits. It is so portable and easy to carry around and stealthy...love those things about it. A few downsides to it for me are loading it with juice, (could have made the opening bigger to allow airflow out as it goes in), and as I said before, the flavor is a bit muted. And lastly, the juice capacity could be bigger even though it takes a while to burn through 1 ml. The new pods supposedly are better in those aspects. I may try them at some point, but I got a boatload of the original pods to burn through. It was a great purchase at under $ 4 bucks with replacement pods for a 4 pack coming in at .50 cents. @Huckleberried - I'm finding out that I just may be cheap and a ho...but I ain't free!!!:giggle:

I got a mess of the 1.6ml pods-really like them.also some of the 1 ml.I'm not having a filling problem-but probably have just been lucky with the bottles I picked out. Have also used a needle tipped bottle to make it easier.Like you I couldn't resist getting a bunch of these pods and mods.Now it seems I really like these pod systems. That was a great sale.

Look on the forum for: HIC's Pink Bubble Gum recipe ... It's what I use. It is rather yummy too. Sometimes I add just a wee splash of peppermint to it, which imho gives it a Dyntine (sp) kind of taste. Cannot say how big my wee splash is, don't measure.

Power fritz here, had a pop up storm.
