I wanted to know this and your expert recommendation on finding this same model of tank elsewhere for a good price but also high quality.

Also, I know the PG 50 VG 50 E-liquid goes best with the njoy tank. Does this model in general work best with PG 50 VG 50, or is it only the NJOY Brand tank?

That particular Njoy tank is a CE4. They are widely available. You can also use any 14mm eGo threaded tank. 50/50 is good for most clearomizers.
