I saw that photo. All I have to say is hopefully people with mental conditions have the support and watchful eye of family. Whether you're sober, a nutter or high as a kite, you take an aggressive posture like someone would who is armed and it's going to end badly. That's where suicide by cop got its methodology. Hate to say it but if someone made a rapid movement and postured like that at me I probably would have shot them. Not to be mean or because I hate people but I'm biased when it comes to a "me or them" scenario. No browny points for having someone take a shooting stance and countering it by handing them a daisy unless it's for them to place on my headstone later.
