what resistor do I need for 120 watt box mod build for potentiometer

I am trying to build a custom 120 watt box and trying to find out size of resistor I need between potentiometer and the chip. Can anyone help?

Depends on the chip's specifications. Could you tell us what chip youre using?

As i know chip is important for the box mod . Have the direct bearing on smoke value / mod temperature / watt .
Regardless of the number of remaining battery power, the power can be adjusted to any value you want

Assuming you are using the GE NAOS Raptor 20A chip, a 220ohm resistor will set your high end voltage ~6.0v. If using another chip, check the datasheet or let us know which.

I have a similar question, for the GE NAOS raptor 120, is a 5w 5.6v zener diode ok? I can only find what voltage, not the wattage

The diagram that I have shows the diode going from the button(switch) to the chip

If the diode is on the switch, i dont think it will be an issue. Wire it up outside of the box, and if it blows the diode, you know its too much power.
