What tank/dripper do you use to sample you juices?

I've got a 2ml nautilus mini and a variable voltage kangertech evod battery... I've got on the way the istick tc 40w, ijust2 atty and the kanger subtank rba...

I've been planning to make 5-10 ml samples of my diy juices and want to experiment with steeping and such but if I fill these attys with fluid I"ll have to clean before filling, clean after sampling, and pose the risk of wasting juice... which is why I've thought about getting a small/ cheap dripper just for sampling for taste... but the kanger subtank and ijust 2 will probably be my primary vaping attys...

What is your go to for sampling flavor of your new recipes? I'm not looking to spend a great deal on whatever sampler I get to use just am beginning to think it'd be easier with a dripper...

How long have you been vaping? Judging by your quit banner it looks like a month or so. How are your coil building skills? If you want to get into building coils you can get igo attys for around $15. If you are not looking into building right away you can get a bridgeless atomizer like a Cisco spec atomizer. I found this for around $8 http://www.avidvaper.com/categories/Atomizers/Cisco-Spec-1.5ohm-Low-Resistance-Atomizers-/ or just google Cisco atomizer. The link I supplied is just the first one from Google, I didn't go digging deeper.

I've been vaping for a little while longer off and on while I tried quitting cigs but officially began my full vaping experience about a month ago.

Also, I have absolutely no coil building experience but am looking to get into that soon... I've done a bit of research and will do a great deal more before I tackle it. I'll be checking into the bridgeless atomizers though thanks for the info

If you want something single coil and simple with true taste, I would suggest a Magma clone from Fastech. You can probably get them at U.S. sites too but that's where I got mine. Magmas are really easy to build and recognized even now as one of the better flavor atomizers. That's what I test my juices on before they become "tank worthy"..LOL

Me too--I use a Magma for this too. It was rec'd to me for this purpose and also because I was a beginner to building coils with clumsy fingers. The deck is large and the holes you feed the coil leads through are roomy. (Apparently you can get 24 gauge wire through them no problem.) It took me a bit to figure out how to keep it from leaking, but now that I've done that I love it and use it all the time.

Bridgeless attys were also recommended to me and I almost went that way, but my impression was that in the long run it would be more expensive and less versatile.

I use a smok dripper. Its single coil only. i drilled the air hole out to 1/8".
The only draw back on it is the screws. There flat headed/finger tighten screws. i usually run it with a 1.3-1.5 ohm 28 Ga coil but i have thrown a 24 ga build in it. The post holes cant handle over 22 ga (might be a draw back for you) but i like it as a simple taste tester. She don't hold to much juice either so if you don't like the juice its not a huge deal to try to rewick/rebuild just dry burn off the old juice.
Best part. I paid $13 at a local shop so I'm sure they could be had cheaper online.

I use a Magma also, just a single coil.

I use a Magma V2 with a single parallel build. Or other flavor RDA. However, I also try the same juice in a RDA that's more for cloud chasing, like a Mutation X.

I also use a Mutation x. I find the taste between my magma and mutation to be quite different. Some fluids are quite good in the magma and quite good in the mutation. Some totally suck in the magma because it brings out things the mutation does not. In closing. I only use my mutation to test fluids and for when I want to vape many different flavors of fluids in a sitting or day. The mutation seems to be more neutral for flavor and I get great flavor out of it. Single coil at 1.2 ohms, 22.5 watts. My magma is for the same types of fluid. They don't kill the wick. I have like four of those I make I use in the magma and veritas.

Sorry for being wordy.

I use a magma and a marquis, I used to use bridgeless, however bridgeless didn't really work out with how I figure out what juice recipes I like.

For me the mix has to taste good pre steeping, and get better or remain the same with steeping. I figured out that I could just drip a few drops on the magma wick and coil, and have a pretty good idea of what it is gonna taste like.

When I make juices for friends , I ask what they plan on using, then narrow the taste out with the magma and then refine and adjust for whatever type of device they are using.

Stronger for tanks, weaker for rda's, etc

I drip nearly exclusively so whatever my favorite RDA is at the time. I mix for me and do some freebies and dirt cheap stuff here and there. I just change ratios for the over one ohm people.

I also have approx 15 rda's including the Magma, Velocity, Aromamizer , Mutation XV4, Doge, Plume Veil the list goes on.
The Magma is a great juice taster but the others have their upsides too. I find it's how you build them and the wicking, wattage is essential to how the juice will taste.
I test my juices on all of them so I can get the same taste no matter what I use. Will agree that more flavor is needed in any tank I have. The list goes on with those also approx 8 tanks right now. God, I need another job!! to pay for my hobby.
PS: Get a dripper it's way better for tasting juice.

To sample juices, I like to use a wickless coil. (referring to coil build)
Basically it is a 24 gauge Kanthal straightened with a 28 gauge Kanthal wrapped around the 24 gauge kind of like a clapton only not so tightly close together.
(there must be space between each wrap)

To start, grab a good length of 24 gauge Kanthal fold it in half and twist the ends, place the looped end onto or into the drill (I made a hook out of a small allen wrench for this purpose) twist this up and then wrap the 28 gauge Kanthal around the 24 gauge as mentioned above (like the clapton).

When you place the coil on your deck, un-wrap the 28 gauge wire up to the actual rounded part of the coil then straighten the 28 gauge up to the rounded part of the coil, this will make it easier to place into the holes on the post.

I usually use about 4-5 wraps on a 3mm screwdriver (no need to have a tight coil like a micro coil, you actually want to have space, just make the coil nice and straight like).

You will want to have the coil just about touching the bottom of the juice well whilst NOT touching anything (if you don't know what that means, stop building and go check some tutorials). The purpose of this is because you won't be using a wick/cotton so it needs to be close to the well to suck up the juice.

Once the build is complete, just drip your juice on the build and vape away. Once you find the coil glowing, you will know it is time to drip more juice. You should be able to get about 4 - 7 toots off this coil build before needing to drip more juice.

Warnings:
- You will get amazing flavor
- This will get HOT, so know this ahead of time and be prepared to adjust accordingly.

I, too, am on the Magma Single-Coil train. Hasn't failed me yet, I love the thing.
