I am pretty upset to see before i even have my new mod that a better mod with the same capabilities and with the same style and looks that attracted me to this mod is out. Not only is it out but it is 100$ cheaper than the one i havn't even recieved yet. what gives. Should I send back the one i ordered and wait for this new one or just take the 100 $ hit and move on I dont knwo about you guys buy 100 bucks could buy some pretty sweet juices and wire

I assume you are referring to the Reuleaux RX200. It is not an improved model of the DNA 200 but a totally different animal. The chip set is quite different. The DNA 200 is an Evolv board which can be controlled by Escribe software.
The RX200 is a much cheaper board and can not be upgraded.

Almost the same as the Wismec Reuleaux DNA200 TC, except that the Chip board is designed and produced by Joyetech.

The board in that new one is similar to the board in the eleaf 100.
Not even close to being the same quality, functionality or ability as the dna200.
It is kind of crappy to see wismec do that; although, not shocking in the least.

In what world is a joytech board better than the top of the line Evolve DNA200 board? Same company releases the same shell with a cheaper board at a cheaper price. I'm trying to understand why in your first post you call it better mod?

Cheers,
Steve

Is ijoy a subsidiary of joyetech? I assumed it would be a joyetech board since they are affiliated with Wismec. Either way, I have an Asolo and there is no comparison in the boards. In my opinion, the DNA200 board is quite a bit better.

The Asolo has no way to be upgraded. You have to vape TC coils in power mode first to let the mod learn. It seems to be a tad underpowered compared to my other mods (same power setting seems less powerful than my other mods). No SS support in TC (just Ni200 and Ti1).

Cheers,
Steve

Edit Is it a fact that it's using the Asolo board, or just rumor? Seems odd to me it would be using that board when they could just use a Joyetech board.

thanks for all of your input i have been using mech mods since i moved from my kbox mini and wanted a way better angle on everything and be able to control more of what is going on with the mod itself to create a better vape. I am going to keep this mod it arrives today . any advice on where to start with this thing.
