What's uo everyone? Id figure id drop in and say whats up as im waiting to leave for work! Been lurking for a week or so but i decided to join! Been vaping for about a week and a half to quit smoking and haven't had a cig yet! I smoke 3mg now i started at 6 but my diy are all 3mg but i doubt ill go to 0 haha have a good day all!

Thanks! The hardest part is when i wake up! Im used to waking up hella early and having a cig after breakfast but i haven't been vaping until I'm almost to work so it's getting easier!

Last time I touched a cig was September 22. Have been smoking for 20 years close to 2 packs a day. Been at 3mg. Yes morning and nights and after food is the hardest. You got it thou bro don't look back
