I tried the CBD flower when I got my medicinal card because that's what was available at the local dispensary. It definitely does help with some of my issues, given enough time. That's all I'll say since I'm pretty much toeing the line already and I also like VU too much to get myself booted over something dumb like talking about things we aren't supposed to talk aboot.Oopsie.The cbd flower isn’t bad for going to sleep...four hours later. Apparently we can mention CBD but not sure in what context. Like we’re not some Reddit sub where they upload flower porn. There are threads here about CBD though but not the combustible type, afaik.
If I got booted from here, I would be majorly bummed. I left ECF of my own free will because of their dumbass rules. VU is amazing, imho.
Definitely agreed. Those overbearing rules are a major reason why I didn't join ECF. VU is the best forum I've ever seen, the first one I've ever done more than lurk on. I don't just mean vaping forums either, I've been to quite a few for all sorts of things, VU is the first one I've ever wanted to participate in.
VU trusts us to act like adults. They didn’t hire mods from outside the vaping community to police us, like ECF did either. Plus, Joe and Tyger are accessible, unlike Oliver over there. Surprisingly the last time I looked in on ECF, they actually had threads about cannabis. So very hypocritical.
People here are amazing, imho. They’re intelligent and nice, and they’re not snotty to new vapers. I really tried to like ECF. I just couldn’t seem to put a foot right there. The atmosphere was unfriendly, and slightly schizophrenic.
Plus they were handing out shit advice, like recommending rebuildables to newbs. (?!)
I didn’t mean to go on an anti ECF rant! I agree about VU in relation to other places, lists, forums, whatever. I lurked and just stopped reading posts after a while.

Not much into anime but i loved the original Ghost in a Shell. I remember watching it as a teen
Omg, me too. I loved the anime (and the movies) so much. I bought it on DVD recently.
I thought the Major/Motoko was badass as a teen.
If you liked Ghost in the Shell, you may like Akira. Same kind of vibes, same level of detail in the animation.
Also GiTS has very good writing. I didn’t like the manga that much, but the anime was so much better imho. Just really well done.

yeah, that movie pretty much sucked.
We watched Fast and Furious Presents Hobbs and Shaw tonight. Kick ass action movie with good laughs and sick cars.
we saw this at the show. pretty good, nothing special, except those 2's verbal jousting = hilarious !
A Dog's Purpose ... It was a mistake to see the movie. I bawled my eyes halfway through on to the end of the movie.
Speaking of a heart wrenching movie involving a dog, watch Hachiko - A Dog's Tale (2009) ..... Based on a true story where they have a statue of that same dog in the town square. Very moving and emotional story.
As for now I am about to watch Gemini Man. Hope it is decent.....
Yea was good movie but the damn crying i couldnt take anymore. My wife was finally able to call me a pussy. Lmao. Thats what i call her when she cries at movies or TV shows. All fun and games though. I know shell beat me down. Lol

I feel sorry for you my friend. Did the exact same thing after my surgery. I still twitch every time I hear the term MCU.... My son and his friend came over to keep me company and we did that same thing. Image trying to fight off the Vicodin sleep while they crank up the THX 7.1 surround sound and rumble the house. They even had 5 of those in 3D. The Endgame was really me booting them out of my house after it was all over.... lol

Since you made it through "A Dog's Purpose", any chance you will watch the second part of that movie called "A Dog's Journey"? It is still about Bailey and has Dennis Quaid playing Ethan.... Just came out this year.

Yes, likely I will. May take a while to see it though. We like to use Roku for streaming a lot of free content. Seldom do we rent anything through the rental services accessible on Roku. We rarely get any of subscription services under $10 month. When we do it is usually for no more than two months. Though been surprised we have taken keen to Prime for $6 month.
Waiting on an email back from YouTube TV. They charge $50 monthly for a nice package. What they say is they base that off the "average" family paying over $107 monthly for cable or satellite. We access some from her dad's Direct TV, some of the networks offering Roku access. Still all in I doubt me & her pay any more than $50 a year and could do even less.Though looking at it, see below.
YouTube TV says it saves "average" over $600 per year, but hell that would be charging us $600 to use their service. So I emailed asking if they have any other offers. Only interested because they have access to live local tv. I'm sure I could locate that freely on Roku too. It is more for the packaging & formatting though. StiRR is okay but it's also kind of oddly put together.
Well looking at it, if we use Prime each month that's $72 yearly. It's still less than the $107 monthly average. That comes in at $1284 yearly. We're saving $1212 yearly already. Makes me wonder how YouTubeTv's $50 monthly service could save us anything. *chuckles* Nah, they'd be jacking us up to $600 or more yearly. Awe well, still won't be "average" even if you pay me.
