Which of this RTAs would you choose (+flavor) ?

Couldn't get my Ammit 25 to stop leaking, Intake is alright, has a lot of fans, so does the OFRF, but haven't tried it. I love the Zeus, use one all day, everyday.

Of the choices listed, yes, I agree. The Zeus single. Biggest trick to it is the wicking, you can't let even a little bit of cotton get caught up in the threads when you put the thing back together. Also don't let wicks lay under the deck, need to be just touching that bottom plate underneath the deck.

I finally got one of those (from the trading post). Mine hasn't leaked a drop and it has very good flavor IMO.
My favorite single coiler has been the Captain Elite. It's small but packs a punch in the flavor department.
I just got some Kaeesee Stacked RTAs from MFS. They're very good dual coil RTAs. I used 26ga ss round wire (6.5 wraps each around a 3mm jig. . AF 1/3 closed and it's just a splendid vape at 50W. The flavor has been just awesome. Like I can't stop using it awesome. They were only five bucks too.. Might very well be my new favorite RTAs.
From reviewers accounts the best single coil RTA of 2020 is the Hellvape Destiny. I know not many have been made, but they say it's very good for flavor. I just ordered one today to try out.
The official Augvate Store in Aliexpress has a stock clereance offer of the Intake single 66% off. I believe they go to discontinuate the production of the single coil model. 16.69 Euros.

That explains it. Aliexpress does not ship vape gear to the USA any more. We cannot even browse the product listings.
I used to order things from there quite often, so was really disappointed when suddenly, I couldn't!
I got fantastic flavor from it, I was very happy with that. All was fine til I added the extension. I had it snug, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Maybe I should just take the extension back out. I haven't used it in a little while, so I'll have to look into it again.

I have the Zeus single and the Intake single- both are really nice top air flow non leaking RTAs
I have 1 Zeus now, I sold 1 of them and 3 Intakes so I like the Intake a little more than the Zeus- easier deck and wicking, great flavor - they are both pretty nice and glad I have them.
I also really like my Kaees Solomon V2- I have 4 of those and I really like the SMM Elevates- I have 2 of those . These RTAs are single coil deck and top air flow too, easy to build and wick and pretty good flavor.

I've never tried a Ammit 25 or a Zeus.
But I picked up an Intake awhile back and have been using it on a regular basis since then. It's pretty nice over all. The flavor on it is good, with a beefy coil it's about equal to a standard side-AF RDA. My biggest complain about it is your drip tip options are limited since the tip sits on a raised 'platform', so any replacements will have to be pretty narrow. Luckily I enjoy both drip tips that came with it. I personally think the looks of the Intake are damn sexy too, especially the gunmetal.
If you're looking for the best flavor possible out of a top-AF, single coil RTA, I'd suggest the Advken TF CP RTA. I picked one up for like $8 and was totally blown away by it's performance in the flavor. It has a host of other issues though: it's a complete pain to fill (despite having a slide-fill top), AF adjustment is nearly useless until the last 3/4 of its adjustment range, and a few other little points. But damn, that flavor tho...
The Intake is probably the better, all-around tank tho. Unless you're only after flavor.
