We got the final news on our house - we're closing at the end of April. The buyer KNEW that I was having surgery on 27 April, and even commented to our realtor that if we were out of here on 1 April, he'd be tickled to death.
@$$hole. He was one of the people that came in off of the street, and tried to dicker with Liz and I for $10K less, and implied that we should work things out with him, no realtor needed. The unmitigated GALL of this guy really angered me, from an honor-based upbringing - he could hear my Boston brogue, from outside - as we were both trying to contact the realtor.
I got the correct words heard, though:
That @#*!-knocking son-of-a-@#*^! NEEDS TO KNOW THAT HE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH OUR REALTOR! Lousy rat *******! Such colorful, punctilious refrain from your's truly. In the end:
We only lost $100 on the deal. Over a burn barrel we weren't able to remove, that was on the property BEFORE Liz bought it... rusted, and leaning - but, too messy and big for us disabled folk to deal with.
Still, we're making just about everything we asked. This guy REALLY wants this place. He's already ******* buddies with our neighbor down the street. Liz and I think it has to do with water access; and, this guy's going to let 'em have it...
So what? Colorado, here we come... but, Liz batted her eyelids at me, and said: Baby. Get these.

It goes very very well. I'm loving the clapton temp build, and our moving procedures are coming along nicely...should be ready for the move by the end of the month as scheduled.

I'm still having that problem when laying on my right side. Rotator cuffs take a long time to heal, FML. Hope you recover quickly.
My Kennedy came in. My 7-22 loves it. Cloud machine & great flavor.
