One of my all time favorites is the Tiki Bar in Islamorda, FL along with Bud & Mary's Marina..Long Key, and Key Largo were our top diving/snorkeling areas..lots of fish and colorful coral reefs..Key West was awesome for wet-T-shirt and Hot- Leg competitions..yes ma'am, I love the FL keys too, lol

Morphine tabs, Hydrocodone, Carvdilol, and other stuff I am too tired to type. I told a pushy therapy dude the doc says no exercise for 2 weeks. He kept pushing me. I told him bad things sometimes happen to people that don't pay attention to what I say. He got the idea.

That's great Kimber! Even out here in SoCa there is nothing like spending part of the summer in the FL Keys... My Grandpa on my mom's side was stationed in Key West and was taking us down there on and off since the 1970's...it became a habit throughout my adult life, lol

Never understood the idea of "learning to like" expensive stuff, naw, I learned to love cheap stuff!EDIT: There is one expensive Rye Whiskey I've found that is "worth it" to me, Angel's Envy Rye, delicious, I'd never buy it for myself but it's my gift of choice for my drinking buddies when something special is happening. Brother got it for his wedding and "made me" taste some, pretty great. $75 a bottle though. I've been buying Black Velvet/other store brands for $10-20 for a 1.5liter as my go-tos.

I hear ya, and if I was gifted it I'd be quite happy, but I like moneys, and I enjoy having that Bank statement I've saved up over the last couple years much more than the things that I would have spent it on.

Me a straight up morphine DO NOT compute well. I tend to go juggernaught an break shit. I do that on hydrocodone but vomit while on it.

Hydrocodone just puts me right to sleep. Doesn't do a damn thing for pain for me
All of those are what keep me alive due to internal, heart related injuries from combat. The worst thing is that all of those combined, lead to conditions NOT favourable when you are a man. Aside from the aspirin, each one is a cause of ED.
Had to bitch out my Aunt the other day for OK'ing lortab for my grandpa who had been breaking into cold sweats and being mistaken for having seizures while taking the hydrocodone (he's in bad shape and they were seizures but all the nurses thought they were).
Always a bit awkward talking to family about that stuff though. I get the "ok druggie" look, which is kind of a yes/no. I just played ball for a long time and had a lot of injuries and my doctors would perscribe me 90pills with 2 refills most of the time, so of course I saved most of those for recreation
(Apparently I was in Concert Choir, Art, and Pottery all during the same period my senior year of highschool, not much of which I remember, but I see people from school now and again and they talk about taking those classes with me, I just wandered around and popped in wherever I felt like).
Ouch Tau, I'd probably be dead by now if I had to take meds like that, I'm on irresponsible forgetful idiot.
And Huck, my grandma was like that, at one point taking 15 different medications, finally got a good doctor who looked at the list and told her to stop and cut her down to just 1 that she actually needed, the rest being a trickle down of medications for side effects of medications that she had moved on from but the other doctors never took her off of the accompanying medications. She felt much MUCH better after getting down to that just 1.
