That's weird, well sorta hard to understand..both my phone and tablet track satellite time automatically.. There is no manual clock controls on either device...( Verizon/Google)..both have been very accurate,.now my watch on the other hand has to be manually set when we spring ahead and fall back that hour in daylight savings time...but not my phone or tablet...and no operator involvement that I know of... oh well, glad you got it straightened out...actually it was wrong. I don't know why by it was a hour ahead until i reset my phone.

House hunting is always stressful, when we looked last year we offered cash for a foreclosure. Told our realtor to tell them we'd take it 100% as is, cash and no questions asked. He came back saying it was an auction, we offered the original $125k cash and waited the 3 days for it to end. Finally heard back, never got it. No other bids, was $2k under reserve and the bank decided to take it off the market :-/ we really wanted it, had so much potential and was everything we wanted as a starting point.I came in to say good night from Liz and I. Looked at maybe 15 other houses, couldn't find anything we really thought would be good for us. Finally found a fixed upper listed for $200k the owner dropped it to $185 and we went back and forth. Finally snagged it for $154k and dropped $40k into it, just appraised for a little under $300k!!! Win for us since we only took a loan for the asking price and the closing cost.

Very very nice man! I think avg property price around here is 80-100k for "super fancy" houses. Unless you get down into the historic part of town or up on the hills. Then you get into around 750k lol
