I ordered my PG,VG, and nicotine from Nicotine River. I bought a liter each of PG, and VG, and 250ml of 100mg nic. My flavors all came from the DIY Flavor Shack as I was given a $50 credit by a friend.:) I'm pleased with the flavors I have but have an order saved as a wish list for a bunch of FA and CAPS flavors at ECX, and I plan on placing an order this weekend.

How long does that last you? Or, how long would that last me vaping about 120mls a week? Trying to nail down qualities on the VG/PG and nic to order

Oh of course not, if insomnia is what it is. This is bullshit. All my friends and relatives drop like flies, some die and some fade away and some waste away in their own personal hells of their own device, and I can't do nothin' ta make any of this shit smell better. I'd need a rest if I wasn't so damn useless all the time but christ on a cross, you gotta pick up your own slack some time. Not you guys I mean. Just sayin'. Shit.

I crossed the sanity line long ago. I am blessed if I get a 45 minute nap. Sometimes I get 4 hours. Just the way it is. I understand.

I get my nicotine from vaperstek.org, just $10 for a 120ml -- pay no mind to the "throat hit" description, it's got no more TH than any other nic I've tried.

I get flavors from bullcityvapor.com -- great choice because they clearly identify all the ones with diketones. but other good vendors are wizardlabs.us and ecigexpress.com. Flavors at ecigexpress in the "signature" brand are actually The Flavor Apprentice.

I *was* getting PG/VG from amazon, but they've start price gouging like mad mofos, so my next purchase of that will be from http://www.essentialdepot.com/category/VG-GLYCUBE.html

Me either, though I try to stay *close* to "the norm" just because it's so hard to get anything done if you get all turned around -- I used to be, from many night shift jobs, just 'cuz I'm a night owl, and it's a huge pain in the ass. Now I try to hit the bed by 3-4am at the latest, and be ambulatory by noon. Close enough so that if I need to get up by 9 or so, it's not a huge deal.

Really, all you need is the main post, comments can be helpful. Cruise through the recipes and see what appeals to you, make a list of flavoring from there. I use different flavorings, flavourart, TFA, Capella, Inawera, Nature's Flavors, very few Flavor West.. just a large variety of things. They all make good ones, everyone has their favorites. RESEARCH, lol.

I did a lot of reading before I bought anything. I had all my stuff for at least a month before I even started mixing and I was so nervous to begin. When I finally did mix the first one, I thought, "that's it?? That was easy!" Easy as it was, and still is, that first mix was so exciting and it tasted like absolute shit, LMAO. I stuck to other people's recipes until I became more comfy with how flavorings worked together. All DIYers eventually say, they can't believe they waited so long to start.

We are X Smokers. We put way more bad shit in our lungs for years. I play a fuckin B flat Trumpet again because I stopped smoking & my lungs healed. I vape because I love it. I slid out of the big Cancer shit why, I don't know. Anything that makes you breathe is way better than any pleasure you ever got from smoking. My 2 cents

One thing, about nicotine... It's vastly more cost-effective to buy 100mg/ml than any weaker strength. At first you may feel a bit intimidated by it, but keep in mind, 100mg/ml is only 10% nicotine -- it's not like toxic waste or an acid bath. If you happen to get a little on you, just rinse it off in cold water. Cold, because nic *is* absorbable thru the skin, and hot water opens the pores. But it won't kill you or even make you sick, if you happen to get some on your fingers and then rinse it off.

And ALWAYS ALWAYS shake your nic well before mixing.. or roll the bottle. That works, too.

Ok, for example, I just made 120ml of Caramel Custard. Here's the breakdown:
Nic 100mg/ml PG base 3.6ml (3mg)
PG 21.6 ml
VG 84 ml
DIYFS Vanilla Custard 7.2 ml (6%)
DIYFS Caramel 3.6ml (3%)
30/70 PG/VG
3mg nic

Freeze dried ice cream was requested by NASA for the Apollo missions and was developed by whirlpool (sorry, I am a wealth of useless knowledge....the fact that a washing machine company made ice cream made it stick). Despite whirlpool putting forth a massive effort to get it right, NASA never used it. Most likely (this part is me guessing) the crumbly nature of it made it far too messy for use in space.

There's online shops that sell it, Think Geek has it, but they're usually overpriced.

Me I would have taken the damned snarling lunging dog out and beat owner ass. The office knows I am going to take it out if it is off leash and seen again.

Ok. Im taking today off of work and going to the dental urgent care. Ill be there the secound its opened. This is getting out if hand. Even took some not exactly legal stuff for pain and that didnt even put a dent in it. Im hoping they just yank the fucker
