The weather here does get crazy. Week before last we got 8 inches of snow, two days later it was in the 60's. I've probably been over Donner a hundred times. Pretty drive but sucks in the snow.
I do remember Donner Pass. It was always fun putting chains on a 18 wheeler in the snow.

My appointment is on the 11th.... I know exactly what you are feeling. I took a hydrocodone for the pain and all that did was make me sick. I was this {} close to getting a hammer and chisel in my mouth. I couldn't sleep for a full seven days, I would nod off and wake up every 15 minutes in excruciating pain. Next thing I know is I woke up one morning (after taking some un-needed NyQuil) with an abscess the size if one of those Jumbo marbles (ya know the kind that comes 1-2 in a bag of reg marbles?). Well I'll tell the lack of pain was making my day but that damn abscess was making it hard for me to talk. I sterilized a needle and grabbed a flashlight and a mirror and went medieval on its ass. It took 2 drainings to flatten the sumbitch out, but boy did it feel better!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to get this goddamned molar out. It's split down the middle and impacted by the incoming wisdom tooth I should've had removed when I was 18.

Demerol is fucking bullshit.... My fiance was having gallbladder pains (VERY bad or he wouldn't have been @ ER) and they gave him fucking demerol?! It didn't help him at all and when we finally got back home, I looked it up and it was mainly for women giving birth. We both turned to each other and said at the same time "I feel sorry for them!"

Demerol is fucking bullshit.... My fiance was having gallbladder pains (VERY bad or he wouldn't have been @ ER) and they gave him fucking demerol?! It didn't help him at all and when we finally got back home, I looked it up and it was mainly for women giving birth. We both turned to each other and said at the same time "I feel sorry for them!"
Well it was great between the pains... but I had "back labor"... so everytime a pain hit, I'd just groan and my husband would start working my back, down low on my tailbone.... finally the doc comes in, sees I'm only at 3cm after 12 hrs and says the magic word "caesarian"... scared me to death, but after they slapped the mask on me, next thing I know, some sadistic nurse is kneading my belly... where I have a 6 inch incision! I told her to stop or I was gonna kick her ass... as I'm laying there right outta my head between the demerol and the sodium pentothal.

I had a tooth pulled 12 years ago and they told me not to smoke. A friend told me to get a gauge pad fold it up to fit over the hole bite down on the pad and I could get a lite draw on the cig. That should work for you.
