I have a issue with my 1 week old Droid Mini, I tried to download Tapatalk and now nothing works, anybody have experience with this app, wondering if it's Verizion security?

When I got the Droid KitKat 4.4 was on it and then Verizion offers Lollipop update and I go for it, stupid me.

No Mark, I have a emergency backup Straightalk phone and just got Verizion on and they said that Verizion security built into the phone disabled it and it will require a hard reset, interesting! I will go by a Verizion store tomorrow and get it taken care of. They did say that Tapatalk is a known issue with some Android phones and the Droid is one of them, live and learn!
