Dmv. Ups. Usps. And most definitely fedex. FedEx drivers (most of them) are idiots and the way the whole business is ran is dumb. They had a driver outta jeffersonville indiana, who was supposed to bring a package to me from a manufacture. He dropped it off at the wrong house. This little old lady showed up at my front door with this in a package.
I called FedEx and there answer was "we have had this issue with this driver before"
nice to know you can drop guns off whereever you want as long as you work for FedEx.
Sidenote for those who don't know, that's a federal felony to ship a gun to someone outta state directly.

I might procrastinate it till tomorrow. I did get one of today's tasks completed -- filling out the paperwork for this year for GSK's Bridges to Access program, printed a copy of the first page of our tax return to show proof of income... I'll let my husband address the envelope, his handwriting is much better than mine -- I hate sending stuff in the mail that looks like a 3rd grader wrote it.
My husband pointed out that since he made a good bit more this past year than previously, I might be in jeopardy, but as long as I truly cannot afford medical insurance and even get the federal exemption for low income on that, I can't see how they can deny me. Asthma medication is NOT optional.Andria

It's a kel-tec sub 2000.
After almost 10k rounds the sear had worn down enough that it ran full auto on the poor plastic frame. All was fine with the internals besides trigger/sear and springs. I contacted them and the rep said he would overnight me the parts. 3 days later (im patient sometimes) i contacted them again and that rep said I had to send it back for a "safety check" since it ran full auto. Okay can do. They sent a label. I shipped it out. About two weeks later I get a call saying they replaced the parts and were sending the gun back standard fedex. Three days later a little old lady showed up with it
Since the serial# is already cleared in my name. They can send it straight to me. Only I could sign for.

Keltec life time warranty is actually really good man. I was upfront with them about the custom gunsmitting I did to her and was more then willing to foot the bill for replacement parts but they did it all free of charge. That little beast stays in my go bag with 5-33 round glock mags loaded with gold dots and 5-33 rounders loaded with 120grain lead VERY HOT handloads lol.
I like to think I'm well versed to survive most things that will happen on any given day

All I know is, with the Kaiser Permanente plan available thru my hsuband's work, they would deduct more per paycheck than we allocate per paycheck for FOOD -- the deduction would be $271, twice a month. On each paycheck (twice a month), $225 is allocated for food -- so clearly, if we got that insurance, we couldn't buy food. And, that has a $500 deductible, and each office visit would have a $40 co-pay. For the plan with the $250 deductible and $20 co-pays, the deduction would be $310 per paycheck -- so not only would we go hungry, but it would cut considerably into the budgeted amount for our mortgage payment -- the monthly amount would be almost $100 MORE than our mortgage payment.
We simply cannot afford it, and we get the exemption, because the amount it costs is a LOT more than the percentage specified in the tax return instructions. My husband gets his medical care thru the VA... but I am left hanging. Hence, I do not run off to see doctors for anything less than a life-threatening emergency, and my regular asthma checkups to get my refill prescriptions.

Yup they make em in 9 and 40. Unfortunately though, I haven't seen one in stock online or in a shop ever, except for when I came into my l.g.s and low and behold there she sat lol. Was $319 out the door. Last time I checked armslist..... ~$700

I nabbed this one in early 2012. By 2013 they had doubled in price lol. As i understand it. Kel-tec only does limited runs and produces several thousands of the models at a time then switches to the next product. That's why it's hard to find some of the models at certain times.

To be fair the doctors work 10+ years to get there building up debt/working for peanuts, and then there's all the insurance and overhead... it's a shitty system we're stuck in, but it's not the doctors fault alone.
