Doing Ok, busy supervising new door installs. My pinched nerve neck/back/arm issue kinda resolved itself after the MRI attempts, just a minor tingle every so often. I'll get the MRI done in the near future to make sure there is nothing hokey is going on to create future issues.

Good! Well,,, a little sore today cuz I wore heels since I had to dress business casual for orientation but they're good. I see the orthopedic guy tomorrow. Stairs are still a bit of a challenge but they're getting there. I find though that I'm very careful about where I walk,,, gravel parking lots are a bitch!!

Intresting day. Bike went all tempermental again and i noticed where my rattle was coming from. The exhuast nuts backed off so i went to tighten then and didnt have the right size hex uggg why couldent it just be a bolt?lb i got like 5 of every god damn socket but only a handfull of hex. Whatever. So i converted it to torx by taking a t40 and a hammer. Then it was working, striped out so i repeatwd it with a t45. Then the stud fucking broke. Lisa strikes again. I got it so it will hold for a while, its actually better then it was now. But now im defintly going to wait to tear into anyrhing i dont have to absolutly do untill i can get some other wheels. Hopefuly i can find some exhuast studs or better yet, a 3-1 header with hardware.

Found so e exhuast studs on ebay. Not to horible i guesse at 15£ (crude math says about 25$) bto be honest id rather just replace it with bolts instead of studs
