I have that same problem, wake up and can't get back to sleep. The problem is I don't like coffee, can't have tea, Pepsi or anything with caffeine. I have a a cup of home made tea that my husband makes from red clover, white clover and dandelions from our front lawn. But hey what is better than free tea.
