I just looked out my front door .......Looks like the wind decided to blow a whole shit-load of leaves back onto my yard :gaah:.......Almost looks like I spent minutes out there, and NOT the hours that I did . Oh well .

The upside to roads in Cali is they don't suddenly explode...as for less morons....I'd call it a draw.
Not serving, never did...just a civilian contractor
I wouldn't bee to quick to say random explosions..... to many hybrid driving mother fuckers brake checking rigs in cali. hybrids go boom.

Yeah, but it's easy to spot a prius with it's brake lights on for miles.
Not when they ride your trailer for 5 miles then floor bit to go around you and get about 2 feet off your ffront bumper then slam the brakes.

Saw that shit in cali. they hate big trucks in that state.

LOL...no piano for me.
Right now juice gets here just fine, I don't understand any reason for the credit card companies to go after vape companies unless big tobacco is involved.
No, not via BT. They are supposedly going to be treated as tobacco distributors and tobacco mfg's, so they will be imposed with all kinds of legal rules, 3rd party verification mandates, and all kinds of other costly legal shit to do business.

Iraq is probably starting to open job positions for CDL, not sure I'd want to drive long slow convoys in Iraq.
Fluor is probably the best bet to check for CDL positions in Afghanistan. Flight line work I imagine requires a CDL for loaders etc etc

Any links you can share, I'd like to read more about this nonsense

Some of it seems perfectly reasonable, it's part of doing business.
The part of this that's becoming ridiculous is this constant label....Tobacco....there's no tobacco being sold in any part of this process so it seems illogical to stamp all of these people with that label.
For example, nicotine gum is not sold as, taxed as, treated as or penalized as a tobacco product.

Yup. Yet our "APPOINTED" tax dollars get to deem it so, and shove it down our throats, without any accountability.

It also sucked back in 2010, when we were submitting stories and petitions to have ecigs labeled as a tobacco item, so they weren't outright banned as a medical delivery device then, that we knew we would have to fight to change their category yet again eventually.

So instead of just fighting for its own classification from the get go, we are just doing temporary stop gap measures..... I've done enough stop gap measures in my own life to know that's a bad idea from the get.

Gnight everyone. I'm out of beer and energy.

Just one stop gap, and we have what we have today because of it. They didn't want to hear of a new modified risk category creation back then.
